OD40 has three rooms for meetings. The largest one has a capacity of up to 25 persons, the small room for 4 to 6 persons. Both rooms can be combined into one for larger meetings.

In addition there is a cozy cellar in the oldest part of the historical residence, with capacity up to 15 persons.

The rooms can be used for social, working meetings, handicraft expositions, presentation of music and visual art objects, training courses, workshops for artists, among others.

The residence has a kitchen where coffee, tea, refreshments, wine, etc. can be prepared. It is also possible to organize dinners or lunch using catering services.
